At Sterling by Music Man, we stand behind the quality of our instruments and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, brand-new condition. If your new gear doesn't perfectly suit your sound, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully repack the item in its original factory packaging, including all tags, manuals, tools, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
