Where are Sterling by Music Man instruments manufactured?
Our instruments are designed by the Ernie Ball Music Man team in California and manufactured in our partner facilities in Indonesia and Korea, where they undergo rigorous quality control.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Do you offer a warranty on your guitars and basses?
Yes, all new Sterling by Music Man instruments come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, brand-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Can I upgrade the pickups or hardware without voiding the warranty?
Modifications to the instrument do not automatically void the warranty; however, any damage caused by the installation of third-party parts or improper modifications will not be covered.
